About Brontë

I suffered with a rollercoaster journey of body shame, trialing diets, and eating disorders for several years on different planes of mental health. I spent my days restricting foods, counting my calories, and obsessing over my weight. When I couldn’t willpower any longer I binged and immediately felt guilty and shameful.

What followed my unhealthy behavior ranged from laxatives, purging, and intense workouts so that I could feel better about myself.

I developed anxiety paired with sleep disturbances, hormone imbalance, bacterial overgrowth and chronic inflammation which only started to get worse with the amount of responsibilities and personal life challenges I was facing.

My struggles with diet, body weight, body image, and anxiety left me feeling stagnant and fed up with the one size fits all diet models. I had to hit the brakes hard on life and take a good look at how I was choosing to live it.

In that moment, my life changed forever. I realized the longer I wasn’t willing to get help or take action to change, the more my health would decline.

I found my mentor and invested in a program that taught me how food can be used as medicine  to reconnect with my body.

Even though my relationship with my health was inevitably going to get better, I wanted to get there faster.

What if i have an eating disorder?

If you have an eating disorder (i.e. Anorexia Nervosa, Bulimia Nervosa, Binge Eating Disorder or OSFED) you can still participate in this program, I can provide advice but I will not be treating any diagnosis. 

Do I get live calls with this program?

Yes. You get weekly calls plus two live Q&A Coaching Sessions with Bronte. They are recorded and you have a chance to ask questions ahead of time.

When are the call times and days?
